A Patient Advocate will help you complete the initial application including your information and your doctor’s information.
We will then send the form(s) to your doctor to sign. The signed form(s) are then sent back to us to be processed. It’s that simple!
The medications are usually sent in a three-month supply from the pharmaceutical companies directly to your doctor’s office.
It will take 30-60 days for your medications to initially arrive.
From this point on, we will track and complete the ongoing paperwork in order to avoid any gaps with your medications.
OUR GUARANTEE
If you receive no medication and are determined to be ineligible for Patient Assistance Program(s) by all applicable drug manufacturers, we will gladly refund your monthly membership fee. All we need from you is a copy of the letter sent to you from the applicable prescription drug manufacturer(s) explaining why you are ineligible. Keep in mind, all refund requests must be made in writing.
